A bright, colorful and fun 1932 pinball - one of the very first produced by Genco. In working condition and complete with a somewhat rare original metal stand from the period. The stand collapses fairly flat for travel.
I bought this game a few years ago as a project game. Although it works fine and is fun, it does have some flaws.

In no particular order:
On the positive side, it still has an original excise sticker and works and looks good, although as you can see the cabinet has some wear. The playfield glass is a new piece of non-tempered glass, with nicely bevelled edges. The ball plunger is original and in good shape. These are often missing, broken and are hard to find.
I will also include repros of 4 different original 1932-33 ads for the game (as printed in Pinball Ad Catalog Volume 1).
To start a game currently, you simply reach in and push a metal bar on the playfield mask. It slides easily, allowing the balls to drop down so they can be plunged. You simply need to make a small wooden door and attach a standard coin slide to it. Pushing in the coin slide activates the sliding playfield mask. I am selling the game with coin slide that will do the job. The 5 cent coin slide itself may or may not accept coins properly (assume it won't) but it will start a game properly. Note that the coin slide is an ABT one with 1936 patent dates so is not correct for this game. Add a standard $4 lock (not included) and you are all set.
I am asking $240 for the game, DELIVERY TO THE CHICAGO PINBALL EXPO included, Oct 19-23 2011. You can also pick it up at my house of course if you are local (Newmarket, Ontario, Canada). No shipping, paletizing, crating, etc. Payment MUST be made in full by PayPal prior to the time I leave for Chicago.
